About The Position

Nitra is hiring its first product manager dedicated to the supply side of NitraMart. This hands-on role owns the systems and processes that move products from vendors onto the marketplace and into medical practices’ hands, including vendor onboarding and tools, inventory data, shipping and fulfillment rules, returns, catalog data quality, and compliance checks that determine purchasing eligibility. The work takes place in a regulated, operationally complex environment and involves close collaboration with engineering in Taiwan and US-based Operations, Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing teams. The Product Manager will own the vendor-tooling roadmap, beginning with an internal product administration portal and expanding to a self-service portal for vendors. The role will also develop inventory and backorder feeds, define vendor-specific order routing and fulfillment policies, improve catalog data, manage compliance-gating workflows, and establish vendor performance tracking. The position requires writing clear product requirements, prioritizing work with engineering, and coordinating execution across time zones. Operations and Merchandising determine what Nitra sells and at what price; this role builds the tools and data that support those activities. Nitra describes itself as a rapidly scaling healthcare fintech and software company focused on helping doctors manage their practices. Its hybrid work policy requires employees to work from the office four days per week, with Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day. The position is full-time, with a base salary range of $120,000–$180,000 plus equity and benefits. Salary within the range depends on location and factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.
