Product Manager, Collaboration Tools

Figma•San Francisco, NY

About The Position

Figma is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Product Manager to shape Collab Tools, which includes FigJam, Figma Slides, and Figma Specs. The role will help define how product teams plan, capture intent, and communicate, from brainstorming through functional prototyping, and will contribute to integrating AI into these workflows so teams can align and execute more effectively. The Product Manager will own the strategy and roadmap for a key product, such as FigJam, and help establish Collab Tools as the default surfaces for upstream planning and discovery. Working closely with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional partners, this person will deliver foundational improvements and new 0-to-1 products while maintaining a high bar for craft and consumer-grade quality. The role spans long-term strategy through launch and iteration, and includes advancing AI-native product development and evaluating agent experiences based on real user behavior.

  • Track record of shipping meaningful, well-designed, consumer-grade products at B2B companies.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and demonstrated ability to develop and defend a clear point of view.
  • Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic experiences, including defining evaluations, designing applied AI products, and navigating quality, reliability, latency, and cost tradeoffs.
  • Fluency with current AI tools and genuine curiosity about how they are changing EPD teams.
  • Track record of moving quickly, including within a larger organization.
  • Fluency in using quantitative, qualitative, and market signals to guide prioritization and decisions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills at all levels, from individual contributors to executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in an engineering or design role, deeper technical skills, or interesting side projects.

  • Synthesize quantitative, qualitative, and market signals into a clear point of view on what to build and why.

  • Define and run agent evaluations grounded in the product vision and real user behavior to measure and improve quality, latency, and cost.
  • Advance AI-native product development through both shipped products and the team's planning and building practices.
