About The Position

As a Supplier Collaboration Manager in NI Strategic Sourcing, you will help ensure optimal supply chain performance for Memories while fostering strong partnerships with global suppliers and internal stakeholders. The role uses data analytics and scenario planning to address supply chain challenges and ensure timely material availability for manufacturing locations worldwide. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a closely related technical field.
• Proven experience in supplier relationship management and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in data management and visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling, and PowerAutomate) and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong sense of urgency and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive supplier collaboration and ensure robust material availability for Memories.
• Build relationships with global memories suppliers and internal stakeholders to enhance teamwork and communication.
• Manage material escalations and resolve operational supply chain issues to ensure timely delivery across manufacturing locations.
• Develop solutions to mitigate supply issues and prevent future material shortages.
• Serve as the single point of contact for supplier allocation issues, engaging with all NI BDs to ensure allocations address pressing business needs.
• Use analytical tools to assess and optimize the global supply position and address market constraints.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Materials Management, Data Management, and other Sourcing and Supply Chain teams to gather requirements and deliver reports and analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement and supplier performance through preventive actions that minimize material shortage risks.
• Share best practices across teams to promote transparency and an optimal Memories supply position for Nokia.
• Present findings and strategic insights clearly to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships across internal teams to foster transparency and data-driven decision-making.
