Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a combination of education/training and experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and apply analytical skills to accomplish short and long-range projects; capable of anticipating needs and recommending actions with minimal direction.
Ability to influence decision-making and action across the organization, independent of reporting structure.
Demonstrated ability to quickly understand technical aspects of products.
Strong teamwork skills, with the flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure.
Self-motivated and self-directed with a conscientious approach to work assignments; thrives in multitasking and fast-paced environments with ability to shift tasks frequently.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to maintain strong working relationships while dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential matters.

Nice To Haves

Engineering degree preferred but not required.
Extensive experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical field within product management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute activities to develop and maintain the Imperative Care product pipeline, understanding competitive offerings and procedural needs, and identifying and recommending opportunities for future products.
Develop comprehensive user-needs mappings, ensuring that the problem, desired output, and solution boundaries are defined.
Review customer requirements and craft recommendations for product enhancements and/or identify opportunity for potential new products.
Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, sales force, and R&D staff to assess market needs for product enhancements, or new products.
Analyze information on product offerings, including features, pricing, and warranty parameters.
Develop the product’s core value proposition.
Develop sales training materials and product support tools for use by the sales workforce.
Contribute to product launch plans and forecasts.
Analyze voice-of-customer input from end users and sales force to inform changes and prioritization of the product roadmap.
Work closely with sales to train physicians, and hospital personnel on technical matters related to Imperative Care devices.
Update management on project accomplishments and critical issues the affect project completion.
Attend and participate in activities relevant to scientific and technical meetings and conferences.
Ensure complete, accurate and timely product documentation and develop/implement procedures, files, records, and follow-ups systems that ensure processes are kept reliable and organized.
