Product Manager, Product Partnerships - AssetHub

SimpleClosureNew York, NY
$130,000 - $170,000Hybrid

About The Position

SimpleClosure is building the infrastructure to streamline the business dissolution process. They have raised over $20M from leading VCs and are trusted by more than 7,000 companies. Their Asset Hub helps companies sell remaining assets to return value to stakeholders. Buyers include top AI labs, RL environment providers, and AI agent builders. This role involves defining a new category, working on complex problems, and building products and processes for founders during company shutdowns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, including shipping B2B, platform, or marketplace products end-to-end.
  • Direct experience building or managing partnerships — sourcing partners, structuring the commercial/product relationship, and shipping the resulting integration.
  • Comfort owning a broad, sometimes ambiguous surface area and prioritizing ruthlessly across a primary focus and multiple adjacent products.
  • Experience working with technical or enterprise buyers and sales-assisted, quote-driven motions — not just self-serve.
  • Strong cross-functional operator, with experience partnering across engineering, legal, and go-to-market.
  • A bias toward building 0-to-1 and turning ad hoc, manual work into repeatable systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in data licensing, data marketplaces, M&A/data-room products, domain sales/aftermarket, or talent marketplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Build the tools and products that power asset selling and buying across Asset Hub’s full surface area — the buyer portal (codebases, workspaces), domains, physical assets, TalentPipe, and future asset types.
  • Identify manual, internal processes (asset intake, cataloging, pricing, deal tracking) and replace them with tooling that lets the team scale without adding headcount.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage external partners that let SimpleClosure offer more types of asset value recovery and liquidation.
  • Turn each partnership into a working product and process, not just a signed agreement — own the integration end-to-end.
  • Partner closely with engineering, legal/compliance, RevOps, and GTM to ship and operationalize this work.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $130,000-$170,000, depending on experience level and location
  • Competitive equity package
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Life insurance
  • Unlimited paid time off
  • Flexible hybrid work environment in New York City, Midtown (currently 2 days per week in office)
  • Two company-wide offsites each year
  • 401(k) with Traditional and Roth options, with immediate eligibility
