About The Position

We’re looking for a highly collaborative, solutions-oriented Product Manager, Enterprise Systems to help shape and evolve our enterprise business systems ecosystem, with a strong focus on ERP and related operational platforms. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and external technology partners, ensuring our systems support business growth, scalability, operational excellence, and increasingly AI-enabled decision making. This isn’t a pure strategy role or a pure operational one, it’s both. You’ll own the enterprise systems roadmap, prioritize enhancements, manage external support partners, and roll up your sleeves to solve real business and systems challenges as they arise. You’ll play a key role in delivering technical business solutions across the organization while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes through automation, analytics, and AI technologies. If you’re the kind of person who genuinely enjoys untangling complex business processes, translating them into clear system requirements, and seeing solutions land well with end users, this role was built for you. Success in this position comes from balancing long-term systems thinking with daily execution, driving projects forward, improving operational performance, and helping teams navigate change with confidence. We’re looking for someone who is highly execution-oriented, responsive, and comfortable leading change across both technical and nontechnical teams. Reporting to the CFO, this role will work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Senior Leadership and will manage external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
