$245,000 - $280,000

About The Position

OpenRouter is seeking its first dedicated Enterprise Product Manager to empower the world's largest organizations to leverage OpenRouter's extensive model catalog while maintaining control over their policies and costs. This role is crucial for enabling enterprise employees to experiment with and utilize cutting-edge AI capabilities beyond single model families. This is a high-ownership position at the intersection of product management and go-to-market strategy. The role involves close collaboration with Fortune 100 design partners to translate procurement, security, observability, and compliance requirements into a product roadmap that facilitates broader enterprise adoption. The Product Manager will also partner with Enterprise Account Executives, Forward Deployed Engineers, and the Customer Success team to convert sales opportunities into shipped product. The company utilizes AI-native business processes and encourages experimentation across the model ecosystem to enhance productivity.

  • Experience building analytics-heavy, technically deep products with high taste, ideally in a data/analytics or forward-deployed platform serving sophisticated, technical users.
  • Experience operating within a true enterprise, sales-led GTM motion, including managing Fortune 500 customers, multi-stakeholder deals, and navigating procurement processes.
  • Fluency with IT, security, and admin buyer personas, understanding the requirements for large-scale software rollouts and security approvals.
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise-readiness primitives such as RBAC, SSO/SAML, SCIM, audit logs, and governance/compliance.

  • Partner directly with Fortune 100 design partners to translate their requirements into a roadmap, ensure enterprise-grade quality through shipping, and use them as a benchmark.
  • Build the core enterprise platform, including RBAC and granular permissions, SSO/SAML and SCIM provisioning, admin and governance controls, organization/team management, data privacy and residency, compliance standards, and spend controls for finance and IT.
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate OpenRouter for the enterprise by analyzing emerging AI trends and making them accessible to enterprises.
  • Drive land-and-expand strategies by designing product motions that scale from individual developer teams to organization-wide rollouts.
  • Act as the internal voice of the enterprise customer by joining sales calls and on-site visits, using this feedback to ship products that close deals and ensure customer success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, security, and customer success teams to ship products and achieve enterprise outcomes.
  • Elevate product quality and craft by applying strong product taste and judgment to areas where trust, clarity, and attention to detail are critical for enterprise adoption.
