About The Position

The Product Manager II – Enterprise will own and manage one or more products or features, taking end-to-end accountability for the assigned product lines. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Ensure that the product delivers value to customers and maintains a viable business model. Define the overall product vision and strategy, creating and maintaining the product roadmap, and managing the product backlog. Collaborate with the Product Development team to maintain and prioritize the product backlog and develop launch plans to ensure successful rollouts. Collaborate with stakeholders to set a clear vision for the product(s). Develop a strategic plan that aligns with the company’s objectives and market demands. Work with engineering and design teams to prioritize features based on user needs, market research, and business goals, and create detailed product plans. Provide clear guidance to product management and development teams on customer needs and expected outcomes, ensuring alignment across the organization. Drive performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), balancing short-term tactical improvements with long-term strategic investments to maximize ROI. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development, testing, and release. Ensure each phase meets quality standards and deadlines. Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies. Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans. Will engage with other stakeholders to guarantee the success of the product and will be integral in communicating the product vision and strategy to executives and other key decision-makers within the company. Regularly collect and analyze feedback to inform product improvements and new features. Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Use this information to differentiate the product and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Business, Management, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4 years (48 months) of experience with all of the following: product development and lifecycle management for multiple product lines.
  • 4 years (48 months) of experience with all of the following: technical understanding of product and customer requirements.
  • 4 years (48 months) of experience with all of the following: collecting quantitative product data and metrics to understand user behavior and discovering/evaluating product opportunities.
  • 4 years (48 months) of experience with all of the following: performing quality assurance controls on product to drive product evolution.
  • 4 years (48 months) of experience with all of the following: documenting the workflows for further collaboration and implementation of solutions.
  • 4 years (48 months) of experience with all of the following: acting as subject matter expert in product roadmap management.
  • 4 years (48 months) of experience with all of the following: ensuring that teams and stakeholders are working effectively to achieve business objectives and utilizing high quality standards to deliver work product.
  • 4 years (48 months) of experience with all of the following: utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver product outcomes.
  • 4 years (48 months) of experience with all of the following: monitoring progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
  • 4 years (48 months) of experience with all of the following: managing stakeholder expectations on features and timelines.
  • 4 years (48 months) of experience with all of the following: experience in Jira-epic.
