About The Position

As a Client Integrations Product Director in Healthcare Payments, you lead customer-centric product innovation and development of products and features that address client needs. You use strategic vision and influence to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster continuous innovation across cross-functional teams.

J.P. Morgan Healthcare Payments supports healthcare organizations with an end-to-end suite of healthcare-specific solutions. Drawing on healthcare industry expertise and the scale of J.P. Morgan Payments, the business connects consumers, providers, payers, and health technology companies across healthcare payment transactions. Its solutions are HIPAA-compliant and certified to securely process payments and move healthcare data at scale, while embedded integrations streamline operations, reduce friction, and improve the consumer experience.

This role is accountable for product vision, roadmap execution, risk management, and business growth outcomes, with a focus on client-facing healthcare integrations. The Product Director partners with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and client-facing teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver outcomes across complex, regulated payment and data flows. The role leads the product life cycle from planning and execution through future development, owns product performance and enhancement investment, and coaches and mentors the product team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Experience building healthcare ecosystems and relationships with healthcare ISVs.
• Proven ability to influence adoption of product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience driving organizational change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and execute the roadmap for healthcare integrations leveraged by clients.
• Manage product risks and deliver business growth outcomes.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and client-facing teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver outcomes across regulated payment and data flows.
• Lead the product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development, adapting and developing capabilities and methodologies as needed.
• Manage risks and achieve business targets related to cost, features, reusability, reliability, and scalability.
• Coach and mentor the product team in solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping, product adoption strategies, and product delivery.
• Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
