Executive Director Healthcare
About The Position
Responsible for the overall operational, financial, and strategic leadership of the practice/network, working closely with senior leadership, physicians, and governing boards to drive growth, innovation, patient access, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience. Oversees budgeting, financial performance, business development, compliance, and operational excellence while aligning the organization with its objectives and regulatory requirements. Serves as a strategic advisor to the Regional Vice President and Policy Board(s), guiding organizational priorities, policies, and long-term growth initiatives. Directs short- and long-range strategic plans, budgets, and operational objectives to support financial sustainability and organizational success. The role leads the financial, operational, and strategic direction of diagnostic and imaging services. It is a permanent, hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas, with remote work to Texas sites and approximately 30% travel to those sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial, operational, and strategic direction of diagnostic and imaging services.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and performance metrics.
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and improved profitability.
- Partner with senior executives, physicians, and governing boards on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies to support sustainable growth.
- Drive transformational healthcare initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
- Support business development and expansion of imaging and diagnostic services.
- Ensure operations remain aligned with healthcare regulatory, compliance, and quality standards.
- Improve patient access, service delivery, and overall patient experience.
- Advise the Regional Vice President and Policy Board(s) on organizational priorities, policies, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Direct strategic plans, budgets, and operational objectives to promote financial sustainability and organizational success.
