About The Position

Rilla is hiring a Product Designer to evolve its core sales coaching product and spearhead new verticals across desktop and mobile platforms. The role involves tackling ambiguous, greenfield challenges as the company expands into new workflows, users, and markets, working directly with customers from the outset to identify real-world problems. Designers work closely with engineering peers and lead projects from discovery through feature design and implementation. The work includes onboarding customers to early prototypes, gathering feedback, and iterating rapidly. As one of three designers, the Product Designer will help define Rilla’s design culture and shape team collaboration, with a focus on product quality, shipping speed, and impact. Rilla is an in-office team in New York City. The posting describes a work environment involving approximately 60 hours per week, frequent customer conversations and field visits, and ambitious efforts to build an AI product for an industry largely untouched by modern software.
