About The Position

Nevis is building an AI wealth management platform that completes work and automates workflows end-to-end, helping advisors spend more time serving clients. Founded by former Revolut executives, Nevis has raised $40 million from investors including Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ, and Ribbit.

The Product Designer will shape a category-defining product that makes complex operational workflows simple and replaces legacy advisor software with modern AI-first tools. The role owns design in a product area from problem definition through shipping, works closely with advisors, Product Owners, and Engineers, and helps improve the design system.

Requirements

• Experience designing complex, multi-user products with high data density.
• Ability to simplify complex, multi-step, high-stakes workflows.
• Comfort working quickly and shipping frequently, including with incomplete briefs.
• Strong care for visual design, interactions, and writing.
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to ask hard questions, challenge ideas, and advocate for a point of view.

Responsibilities

• Own design in a product area from problem definition through shipping.
• Move quickly, ship often, and put work in the hands of real users.
• Talk to advisors to understand their problems and inform design.
• Design and prototype in Figma and AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
• Use and improve the design system to raise consistency and quality.
• Give and receive direct feedback and iterate toward the best solution.
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineers to define what to build.
