About The Position

ETC is hiring interns for the summer of 2027. This is an on-site internship based in the company’s Middleton, Wisconsin office. The intern supports product development and maintenance releases through supervised product validation testing, executes test scenarios to identify product design defects, tracks reported defects through resolution, and provides technical support to internal customers. Work is performed under the supervision of senior-level Product Assurance Specialists, a Team Lead, or Management. The intern also participates in ISO on-the-job training, learns departmental tools and policies, estimates task completion times, and attends identified training classes. Requirements

One to two years of post-high-school education in an area of specialization.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Computer and service knowledge.
Experience working in a team environment.
Experience with problem-tracking tools.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of ETC products is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support product development and maintenance release processes through supervised product validation testing.
Execute test scenarios under supervision to uncover product design defects.
Report product defects through the defect tracking database and follow them through resolution.
Provide technical support to internal customers.
Perform assigned project tasks under the supervision of senior-level Product Assurance Specialists, a Team Lead, or Management.
Participate in ISO on-the-job training.
Provide estimates for task completion times.
Become familiar with tools and applications used by the department.
Learn departmental and corporate policies, procedures, and plans.
Schedule and attend identified training classes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
