About the position
We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to drive our data-driven approach to product development. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a data culture, implementing best practices, and ensuring effective measurement and reporting to inform actionable insights. Working within a cross-functional setup and utilizing cutting-edge tools, you will turn your insights into reality through our products. Responsibilities
- Build out the product analytics framework, defining KPIs and building reporting
- Work with the Product team to ensure data-driven product development
- Implement a test-and-learn culture through A/B tests and experiments
- Ensure the voice of the customer is heard in measurement, reporting, and recommendations
- Analyze large datasets to understand customer behaviors and react to changes
- Produce actionable insights and communicate them to stakeholders
- Define and measure product KPIs
- Understand customer behaviors and make recommendations to improve performance
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments
- Use customer segmentation techniques to increase targeting and engagement
- Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical sides of the business
- Manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Conduct user and market research using qualitative and quantitative data
- Possess advanced SQL skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a specialised product analyst in a B2C setting, ideally within a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to define and measure all product KPIs to make sure we’re analysing what really matters
- Deep understanding of customer behaviours and ability to identify levers and make recommendations to move the needle on our performance
- Experience designing, implementing and analysing A/B experiments to generate insights and drive the product development through a data first approach
- Knowledge of customer segmentation techniques to increase targeting and engagement to deliver a personalised experience for each of our customers
- Someone who can seamlessly bridge the gap between the technical and non-technical sides of our business
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with all levels of the organisation and with both technical and non-technical profiles
- Experience conducting user and/or market research, and ability to combine both qualitative and quantitative data to tell compelling stories about our customers
- Advanced SQL skill
