About the position
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing department and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our betting trading technology landscape. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for devising and executing the paid media strategy for our Smarkets and SBK brands, as well as driving revenue from our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Paid Search, Display, ASO, and ASA campaigns, with a strong focus on ROI and attention to detail. Additionally, knowledge of affiliates and experience in this channel is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Paid Media strategies across both Smarkets brands.
- Manage budgets and track KPI's.
- Optimise and report on all Paid Media campaigns.
- Manage the affiliate marketing channel.
- Have strong commercial awareness, with excellent numeracy, analytical, forecasting, and negotiating skills.
- Have knowledge in tracking and attribution within the customer acquisition journey.
- Responsible for compiling and delivering copy and content for campaigns.
- Manage all search related accounts including relationships with platforms including but not limited to GoogleAds/SA360, Bing, Apple Search, etc.
- Have solid Google Analytics experience.
- Work on CRM campaigns and deploy customer communications.
- Have 2+ years of hand-on experience in Paid Media roles.
- Have strong knowledge of App acquisition using paid channels.
- Have knowledge of CRM campaign management.
- Be analytical, focused, and results-driven.
- Have knowledge in tracking and attribution within the customer acquisition journey.
- Have worked closely with agencies and/or managed agencies.
- Be a team player.
- Have the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Have experience in the betting and gaming sectors preferred.
- Have a passion for sports and/or the betting industry.
