Senior Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team at Smarkets. In this role, you will be responsible for leading design efforts across our consumer-facing products, including the Smarkets Exchange and the SBK app. Your main responsibilities will include driving the design vision, creating visual assets, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. We are seeking someone who has a strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. • Leading design efforts for the Smarkets Exchange and the SBK app
• Driving the future design vision of the products
• Delivering creative visual assets, static and motion design
• Gathering design references, creating moodboards, sketches, and storyboards
• Developing customer empathy through user research and analysis
• Leading all design artifacts from discovery to final UI design details
• Collaborating with cross-functional peers, including PMs, engineers, researchers, data analysts, and marketers
• Implementing user-friendly and inclusive user experiences
• Raising the design bar at Smarkets
• Upgrading the look and feel of brands and apps
• Ensuring alignment between product strategy, business goals, and user experience
• Pursuing excellence and turning good enough into great
