About the position
The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for all Smarkets customers, interacting and managing relationships with them through multiple channels. They will also process payments, check and approve customer documentation, and collaborate with other teams to ensure timely issue resolution. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Swedish, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Providing exemplary customer support and user experience is the main focus of the role.
Responsibilities
- Interact and manage relationships with customers through multiple channels
- Ensure the site is live and accessible
- Process payments and check/approve customer documentation
- Collaborate with other teams to fix issues impacting customers in a timely manner
- Provide exemplary level of customer support and user experience
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Spot opportunities to help customers get the most out of the website
- Have good typing/keyboard skills and computer literacy
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups
- Strong written and spoken English skills are also essential
- Able to work a flexible schedule, sometimes including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Natural problem solver
- Good typing/keyboard skills and computer literacy
- Right to work in UK
