About The Position

Aon is seeking a Producer in Franklin, Tennessee, to generate new business and build client relationships. The role uses networking, consultative advice, strategic planning, and Aon’s risk solutions to address client needs. Producers draw on research, data, and analytics to solve complex business issues and support a team managing a portfolio of prospects’ business.

Aon is a global professional services firm providing advice and solutions in Risk, Retirement, and Health. The company develops data-driven insights and expert advice to help clients reduce volatility and improve performance.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or enterprise products and/or services.
• Demonstrated ability to follow and champion a successful sales process.
• Currently hold or be willing to obtain Life and Health and/or P&C licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Use connections and networking capabilities to generate new business.
• Influence and collaborate with others to create strategic plans and present risk solutions that meet client needs.
• Engage prospects and provide creative, applicable advice across Aon’s solutions.
• Use Aon research, data, and analytics to solve complex business issues, applying business judgment and an understanding of current trends.
• Support a team in managing a portfolio of prospects’ business.
