About The Position

Novelis is hiring a Procurement Project Analyst on a long-term contract, with an anticipated assignment timeframe of December 2026 through March 2027. The position analyzes supplier and Novelis operational data to identify total cost of ownership opportunities, support cost savings initiatives, and advance Vision 3x30 ROIC objectives. It evaluates plant data, performs technical benchmarking, develops should-cost models for key and critical suppliers, and manages supplier quality KPI reporting to support risk mitigation and continuous improvement in procurement. The analyst gathers and connects information from internal and external sources, including ERP systems, ETQ, data lake sources, supplier inputs, and plant-level operational information. The role independently conducts detailed analyses, builds and validates technical models, develops dashboards and RFAs, and turns technical, operational, and supplier data into practical recommendations. It provides analytical input to procurement, operations, and leadership, but does not make final decisions on supplier selection, commercial commitments, or budget approval. The position reports to the Project Manager, Senior Manager for NNA Procurement, and works with procurement, operations, plant teams, leadership, data and analytics partners, suppliers, and external benchmarking sources. Novelis’ Global Corporate Headquarters and North America regional office are located in Atlanta, Georgia.
