About The Position
This position involves proctoring one or more examinations for the Food Sciences I (NUT1104, Section A) course during the 2026 Fall Semester. The work is to be performed in person at the Campus Lees location. Responsibilities include bringing exams to the examination room, distributing and collecting exams, organizing exam copies, coordinating other proctors, and delivering completed exams to the designated location. Availability on Fridays from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm is required for the mid-term exam, with the final exam date, time, and location to be provided later. The total work hours are expected to be 8.
Requirements
- Completed Honours Bachelor in Food and Nutrition Sciences or related field
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow established protocols
- If the degree is in an equivalent field, the candidate must clearly explain in their résumé how their academic background connects to Food and Nutrition Sciences
- Must be available Fridays from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm for mid-term exam
- Must complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University
