About The Position

Nutrition 101 is hiring a Processing Worker for food production in Dallas, Texas. The role involves operating and monitoring food packaging machinery, loading ingredients and production materials to specifications, assisting with machine setup and adjustments, and monitoring product flow and machine performance. Equipment may include Multivac, sealing, and vacuum-packaging systems. The worker performs cleaning and sanitation in accordance with GMP and SSOP requirements, reports equipment or production issues, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area while following food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures. The pay rate is $20 per hour. Relocation assistance includes a covered flight, access to a shared vehicle, daily transportation to and from work, and relocation arrangements that do not require a credit check.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working around heat for short periods.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to follow production, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Previous food manufacturing experience.
Experience operating food-production or packaging equipment.
Experience with Multivac, sealing machines, or vacuum-packaging equipment.
PLC or SAP knowledge.
