About The Position

Mann Lake is hiring seasonal Production Workers for short-term employment. No experience is required, and training will be provided. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Strong performers may be considered for a full-time, year-round position. The listed pay rate is $19–$20.50 per hour. Workers may choose from weekday, weeknight, or weekend shifts.

Production Workers perform assigned manufacturing and packaging tasks, including assembling materials, labeling products, packing finished goods, reporting mechanical or material issues, and placing finished goods in the designated shipping area. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position requires mobility throughout the facility and regular lifting and handling of products weighing up to 50 pounds for most jobs.
