Seasonal Production Workers
About The Position
Mann Lake is hiring short-term seasonal Production Workers. No experience is required, and training will be provided. Manufacturing experience is preferred. Strong performers may be considered for a full-time, year-round position. Employees may choose from three schedules: weekdays Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; weeknights Monday through Thursday, 4:15 p.m. to 2:45 a.m.; or weekend days Friday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The pay rate is $19 to $20.50 per hour. The role involves assembling materials into finished products, labeling and packing products, preparing finished goods for shipping, reporting mechanical or material issues, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The job requires mobility and frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, climbing, lifting, crouching, and reaching. Most jobs require lifting, stacking, pushing, pulling, and sorting products weighing up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities
- Perform work as assigned by the department supervisor.
- Assemble materials to produce finished products.
- Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
- Pack finished goods into the correct packages and boxes.
- Notify the supervisor of mechanical or material issues.
- Place finished goods in the designated area for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
