About The Position

Nutrition 101 is hiring a Processing Worker for food production at its food processing and manufacturing operation in Dallas, Texas. The role pays $20 per hour and involves operating and monitoring packaging machinery, loading ingredients and production materials, assisting with equipment setup and adjustments, and overseeing product flow and machine performance. Equipment may include Multivac, sealing, and vacuum-packaging systems. The Processing Worker also performs cleaning and sanitation in accordance with GMP and SSOP requirements, identifies and reports equipment or production issues, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area while following food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures. Relocation support is provided, including a covered flight, a shared vehicle, and daily transportation to and from work; no credit check is required for relocation arrangements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfort working around heat for short periods.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to follow production, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Previous food manufacturing experience.
Experience operating food-production or packaging equipment.
Experience with Multivac, sealing machines, or vacuum-packaging equipment.
PLC or SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities
