About The Position

The Process Coordinator designs, implements, and optimizes process-control documentation and layouts to support smooth, efficient production-floor operations. The role works with engineering, production, supply chain, technicians, and leadership to identify process improvements and develop solutions that enhance performance. It also supports operational excellence by analyzing existing processes, implementing data-acquisition and monitoring systems, and providing technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams.

Requirements

Proven experience in process control and design, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented approach and commitment to precision and accuracy in process control.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Effective computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and implement process-control documents.
Develop, maintain, and update floor work procedures.
Collaborate with technician, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate shop flow into new equipment designs and ensure functionality and compatibility.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Implement data-acquisition and monitoring systems to collect real-time process data, analyze performance trends, and identify optimization opportunities.
Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams on process-control systems and equipment.
