About The Position

Cleveland Brothers has an immediate opportunity for a Process Coordinator to optimize workflow control and contribute to the organization’s success and profitability. The role designs, implements, and optimizes process control documentation and layouts to support efficient production-floor operations. The coordinator works with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions that enhance process performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in process control and design, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to precision and accuracy in process control.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Effective computer skills and ability to learn new software at an accelerated rate.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and implement process control documents.
Develop, maintain, and update floor work procedures.
Collaborate with technician, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate shop flow into new equipment designs, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Implement data acquisition and monitoring systems to collect real-time process data, analyze performance trends, and identify areas for optimization.
Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams on the use and maintenance of process control systems and equipment.
