About The Position

The Kraft Heinz Company is hiring a Process Control Driver at its Holland, Michigan sauces and pickles processing facility. The role involves moving raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods using a lift truck, including unloading deliveries, supplying the kitchen department, storing materials properly, and loading finished goods onto trucks. The position requires an onsite eye exam and written test as part of consideration for the role. Drivers must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety and quality requirements, and scheduled training and observation requirements. Work outdoors may be required in any weather conditions.

The posted schedule is Monday through Friday, with some weekends, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The facility has approximately 300 employees and is represented by UFCW Local 705.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to work outdoors as needed.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Complete an onsite eye exam and written test to be considered for the role.

• Prior forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload raw materials from trucks.
• Supply the kitchen department with materials and ingredients using a lift truck.
• Place raw materials and finished goods in appropriate storage areas.
• Load finished goods onto trucks.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Complete required observations and training on time and as scheduled.
• Support plant quality systems.
• Follow FSQ requirements, including GMPs, and other daily or job-specific duties supporting QRMP.
• Work outdoors in any weather conditions as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.
