About The Position

The Kraft Heinz Company is hiring a Process Control Driver at its Holland, Michigan sauces and pickles processing facility. The position involves operating a lift truck to move raw materials and finished goods, supply the kitchen department, and load and unload trucks. Candidates must complete an onsite eye exam and written test to be considered. The plant has approximately 300 employees and is represented by UFCW Local 705. Shifts are assigned based on business needs and seniority.

Requirements

Ability to read and write in English.
Ability to work outdoors as needed and in any weather conditions.
Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
Must complete an onsite eye exam and written test to be considered.

Nice To Haves

Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Unload raw materials from trucks using a lift truck.
Supply the kitchen department with materials and ingredients as required.
Place raw materials and finished goods in proper storage areas.
Load finished goods onto trucks.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Complete required observations and training on time and as scheduled.
Support Plant Quality Systems.
Follow FSQ requirements, including GMPs and other daily or job-specific duties that support QRMP.
Work outdoors in any weather conditions.
Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.
