About The Position

Regulates and maintains patient appointment schedules for interventional radiology, diagnostic imaging, and special procedures. Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• Two years of recent experience.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
• Intermediate computer skills, including keyboarding, mouse movement, data entry, and scheduling programs.
• Verbal and written communication skills for frequent and challenging interactions.
• Patience and compassion.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and maintain standard workflow.
• Ability to work with others in a flexible and cooperative manner.
• Ability to maintain composure during challenging interpersonal interactions.
• Active listening, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to apply moderate mental concentration while handling multiple procedures and interruptions.
