About The Position

Regulates and maintains patient appointment schedules for interventional radiology, diagnostic imaging, and special procedures. This is a regular, non-exempt, full-time position with a day shift and 10-hour shifts. The schedule lists Friday as a workday and includes Saturday and Sunday weekend requirements, for 30 weekly hours. The pay range is $28.53 to $39.94 per hour; starting pay may vary based on factors including experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Eligible positions include a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of recent experience.
Organizational and multitasking skills.
Intermediate computer skills, including keyboarding, mouse use, data entry, and scheduling programs.
Verbal and written communication skills for frequent and challenging contact with physicians, employees, patients, and patient families; patience and compassion.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet allotted timelines and maintain standard workflow.
Ability to work flexibly and cooperatively with others.
Ability to maintain composure during challenging interpersonal interactions.
Active listening, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills.
Ability to apply moderate mental concentration while handling multiple procedures and interruptions throughout the day.
