About The Position

Hyatt Hills Golf Complex in Clark, New Jersey is hiring a part-time Pro Shop Staff member. The role provides friendly, timely service to golf course guests and supports golf professional staff with golf shop operations, merchandise sales, and other golf-related activities. Compensation is $15.92 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for golf course guests.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests and help expedite check-in.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as directed.
• Collect green fees, cart fees, and other revenue, and process transactions in the POS system as trained.
• Issue receipts for guest purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist with packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assist with reconciling cash and accounts receivable charges to the daily register at the end of the day.
• Perform related duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
