Provides exceptional customer service in the Pro Shop, over the phone, and during golf-related activities in support of the Golf Pro and Course Manager. Ensures guest requests and feedback are communicated professionally and addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and may exceed 40 hours per week during peak seasons.
