About The Position

Under the supervision of the Golf Professional or designated supervisor, complete assigned tasks related to the daily operations of the Mandan Park District Golf Courses clubhouses and related facilities. Must be age 21+.

Requirements

• Must be age 21+
• Basic understanding of the game of golf, pace of play, and proper course maintenance.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient ability with computers; knowledge and operation of Microsoft Office or other applicable software/applications.
• Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• All candidates are subject to a background check and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing tee sheet and point of sale operations.
• Responsible for till count at open, shift change, and closing counts.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of golf course, driving range and retail functions of facility.
• Ability to park, organize, and clean golf cart fleet daily.
• Stock and organize food and beverage products.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout facility, inside clubhouse and outside on the golf course and practice facility.
• Expected to work shifts during early mornings, days, and evenings and to also include weekends and holidays.
• Punctual with work attendance and time off requests.
• Follow dress code: Golf Attire or Business Casual.
