About The Position

Fort Collins Country Club is the premiere, full-service private club in Northern Colorado. FCCC is a family-oriented country club that delivers a prized golf experience, renowned tennis program and a celebrated culinary approach –We operate with one guiding principle, that the member’s experience matters most. Golf Shop Attendants must have an eagerness to provide quality customer service to our members and guests. This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who is excited to be a part of an amazing team of golf professionals.

Requirements

A great attitude and willingness to work hard
Works well with other team members in a professional manner
Customer service skills to maintain positive member relationships
Able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Able to work extended hours, including weekend and holiday shifts

Responsibilities

Delivering exemplary customer service by answering customer questions about golf products and providing recommendations based on customer needs
Process sales transactions and take payments
Assisting with stocking and rotating merchandise
Cross-selling and upselling products, as well as being up to date on promotions and sales
Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns
Maintaining a clean and tidy golf shop
Assisting golf staff with any additional needed tasks
