About The Position

Driving Range/Cart attendants assist in the day-to-day golf and driving range operations. This includes staging and washing carts, turning on/off the range machine, staging range baskets, loading the range machine with clean range balls, and picking up range baskets. The role requires driving and operating a golf cart, range picker, and marshal cart, and communicating in a friendly, responsive, and professional manner to customers and co-workers.

• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to effectively communicate information, both verbally and in writing, to support organizational objectives and interact with all levels of personnel within the city in a positive and cooperative manner.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
• A valid Colorado driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous golf course experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picking up golf balls on the driving range.
• Washing and loading range balls in the range ball dispenser.
• Staging and cleaning carts.
• Driving and operating a golf cart, range picker, and marshal cart.
• Communicating in a friendly, responsive, and professional manner to customers and co-workers.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Benefits

• Temporary, Variable Hour and Health Plan Eligible employees will earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum cap of 48 hours.
