Live Oaks Golf Club, managed by Bobby Jones Links, is an 18-hole, semi-private course designed by John F. Stahl and opened in 1969. The par 71 course sits on 130 acres, and the 200 year old live oak trees provide the setting for the best value for golf in the Jackson Metro area. The club offers a practice area with a chipping green and a putting green, in addition to hitting bays. Live Oaks is hiring for Pro Shop Attendants.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and club point of sales systems.
- Understanding of Club financials.
- Evaluation of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
- Knowledge of shop inventory.
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Head Golf Professional in planning, promoting, and directing all golf activities.
- Developing merchandise sales and promotions during holidays, specials events, and times when sales are slow.
- Ordering supplies for the golf shop as directed by the Head Golf Professional.
- Assisting the Head Golf Professional with all tournament operations.
- Maintaining all logs (comp, rain check, monthly range, etc).
- Completing customer transactions.
