About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant instrument or equivalent experience.
• Teaching experience on the instrument.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Excellent musicianship.
• Strong in-person and email communication skills.
• Extremely organized.
• Self-motivated.
• Curious and inspired to learn new things.
• Able to work evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow Musicologie’s philosophy of education, curriculum, and processes.
• Deliver an outstanding lesson experience to every family and student.
• Collaborate with other Musicologie teachers and managers to elevate the capabilities of the team.
• Help students of all ages and abilities identify goals and progress through relevant curriculum.
• Encourage community involvement through performances and group classes.
