About The Position
Prava is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) who aspire to own their own practice. Our platform provides the necessary tools, referrals, and business support to help clinicians establish and grow their independent practices. With Prava, therapists can see patients under their own brand, build their business, and manage their schedules while receiving assistance with marketing, insurance credentialing, billing, and administrative tasks. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and flexibility.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Passionate about one-on-one, patient-centered care
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in starting and growing their own practice
- Excited by autonomy, flexibility, and engaging the business side of therapy
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
