About The Position

Pro Rehab is hiring full-time and part-time Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. Roles are available at individual locations, with some positions requiring travel between locations. Therapists work in a supportive, mission-driven environment serving older adults and others with therapy needs. Pro Rehab provides services in long-term care, sub-acute, transitional care, home health, and outpatient settings at more than 30 locations in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Iowa. The wage range is $23–$65 per hour, depending on the therapy position and experience. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Requirements

Current licensure for Minnesota, North Dakota, or Iowa.
Passion for working with individuals with diverse therapy needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality therapy services to enhance residents’ mobility, independence, and overall well-being.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; assist with this for PTAs and COTAs.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support care.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
