About The Position

The agency is hiring a compassionate, energetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one home healthcare to a 13-year-old male client with a G-tube in Denton, Maryland. The agency is willing to train qualified, interested nurses in G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care, with support from nursing supervisors.

Available scheduling is every weekend or every other weekend, with 8–10-hour night shifts and flexible hours. Pay is $26–$42 per hour, depending on licensure, skills, experience, and the case. Employees receive time-and-a-half pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a week. Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 90 days of continuous full-time employment. Other offerings include weekly pay with direct deposit, a referral bonus program, and ongoing educational training. The agency is Joint Commission Accredited and has provided home care to adult and pediatric patients for over 38 years.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted nursing license in Maryland or a multistate compact license as an LPN or RN.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Confidence working independently.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of G-tube or tracheostomy care; qualified, interested candidates may be trained.
• Ventilator experience; qualified candidates may be trained.
• Pediatric experience.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one in the client's home.
• Complete nursing assessments.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care.
• Document nursing notes clearly and concisely.
