About The Position

The agency is hiring compassionate, energetic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide private-duty home healthcare. This position serves a 38-year-old male client with a G-tube in Carney, Maryland. Nurses work one-on-one in the client’s home. The agency is willing to train qualified, interested candidates in G-tube, trach, and ventilator care, with nursing supervisors providing instruction.

Available shifts are Monday and Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $26–$42 per hour, with rates determined by licensure, skills, experience, and case. Employees receive time-and-a-half pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a week. Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 90 days of continuous full-time employment. Other offerings include weekly pay with direct deposit, a referral bonus program, and ongoing educational training.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted nursing license in Maryland or a multistate compact license as an LPN or RN.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Confidence working independently.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of G-tube or trach care; qualified and interested candidates may be trained.
• Ventilator experience; qualified candidates may be trained.
• Pediatric experience.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with the client in the client’s home.
• Complete nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient’s Plan of Care.
• Document nursing notes clearly and concisely.
