About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to serve clients in the Las Vegas area. The role supports clients with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, basic vital-sign monitoring, and medication assistance as directed. BAYADA offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, local client assignments, 24/7 nurse support, scholarships and career growth opportunities, PTO, and PPE. The advertised rate is $16.50 per hour or more, depending on shift and client.

Requirements

• At least one year of verifiable caregiving experience or an active CNA/LNA certification.
• Compassion, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Support client mobility, including transfers, walking, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Assist with meals and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Monitor basic vital signs.
• Provide medication assistance as directed.
