About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. The role supports clients’ daily activities and helps them maintain dignity, privacy, and independence. Duties may include meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, transportation assistance, and other light duties as assigned. The company provides services to people of all ages and physical conditions, including those recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with chronic disabilities, or experiencing age-related needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least six months of caregiving experience, professional or familial, including caring for a family member.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it before the start date.
• Ability to work responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable and reliable, with the ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities
