About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide individualized care in clients’ homes, supporting their unique needs and helping them maintain dignity, privacy, and independence. Care responsibilities vary by client and may include meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance as needed. All Ways Caring HomeCare provides personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other services for people of all ages and a range of physical conditions and cognitive abilities. The role offers a salary range of USD $15.00–$17.00 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of prior professional in-home care experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work responsibly with confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
