Caregiver / Home Health Aide / CNA
About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Care is tailored to each client's needs and supports their dignity, privacy, and independence. Duties vary by client and may include meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance as needed. All Ways Caring HomeCare provides personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other services for people of all ages and a range of physical conditions and cognitive abilities. The stated pay range is USD $15.00–$17.00 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of prior professional in-home care experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
- Be able to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
