About The Position

Right at Home Orlando is hiring caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide in-home care across Seminole, Orange, and Osceola counties. The role offers competitive pay of $15–$17 per hour, with overtime available. Team members help improve the quality of life of the people they serve through personal care, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, companionship, and other support. The employer offers ongoing HHA certification classes for those who need additional training.

Requirements

• Valid CPR certification.
• Level II background screening through both AHCA and DOEA.
• Reliable car.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Active car insurance under the applicant’s name, with the applicant listed as a driver.

Nice To Haves

• HHA certificate or CNA license (preferred but not required).
• Being pet friendly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care.
