About The Position

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality in-home care. The caregiver assists clients with personal care, activities of daily living, mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. The role works with clients, families, and the care team to support a safe, respectful environment that promotes independence and quality of life. This is a PRN, as-needed position. Hours are flexible and based on caregiver availability and client needs; the organization works with caregivers to build schedules around their preferred hours and availability. The posting also lists a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. The position is located in Hudson, Florida, and pays $16.50 per hour.

Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable personal vehicle.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Complete Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare meals and cook according to clients’ dietary needs and restrictions.
Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing clients’ living spaces.
Monitor and record vital signs, provide medication reminders, and complete medical documentation as required.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
Run errands or provide transportation as needed.
