About The Position

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality in-home care to clients. The role supports clients’ independence, safety, dignity, and quality of life through personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. The caregiver works with clients, families, and the care team and follows care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals. This is a PRN, as-needed position with flexible hours based on caregiver availability and client needs; the organization works with caregivers to build schedules around their preferred hours and availability where possible. The position is in Naples, Florida, offers day shifts and short shifts, and pays $18 per hour.

Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
A valid driver’s license.
A reliable personal vehicle.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Completion of a Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare meals and cook according to clients’ dietary needs and restrictions.
Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing clients’ living spaces.
Monitor and record vital signs, provide medication reminders, and complete medical documentation as required.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
Run errands or provide transportation as needed.
