CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide/PCA
About The Position
Integrity/BAYADA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nurses Aides (CNAs) to provide compassionate, reliable one-on-one support to clients in their homes in Shell Knob and Eagle Rock, Missouri. The work supports clients with activities of daily living and home management tasks. Available hours vary by location; the role is being staffed for part-time and PRN/fill-in hours, with potential to build additional hours. Scheduling is flexible. Pay is $16.00 per hour for DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver roles and $17.00 per hour for active Missouri CNAs. BAYADA describes its work as meaningful, supporting people to live their best lives at home. Requirements
- An active Missouri CNA credential is required for the $17.00-per-hour CNA rate.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide nail care and range-of-motion exercises.
- Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
