About The Position

At SpeedPro Imaging, the Print Production Manager produces wide-format specialty printing products for clients. The role contributes to the studio’s profit and margins by delivering fast turnaround, high-quality products, and efficient material use that minimizes waste. The Production Manager reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner. The position includes leading printing and production of client orders, preparing customer files for print, operating and maintaining production equipment, and handling related studio and fulfillment tasks. The team can assist with ordering materials when the Production Manager provides a list of needed items. Graphic design services are included unless outsourced.

Requirements

Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing.
An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a similar program.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of designing or working with vehicle graphics and templates.

Responsibilities

Lead the printing and production of client orders.
Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and prepare graphics for printing.
Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters.
Conduct inventory and procurement; provide the team with lists of materials needed for ordering.
Provide graphic design services unless those services are outsourced.
Perform smaller graphic installations.
Unload and unpack deliveries to the studio.
Conduct vehicle inspections and measurements and perform site surveys.
Pack, label, and ship completed jobs, and make deliveries.
Use CoreBridge software for estimates and quotes.
Deliver fast turnaround times and high-quality output while using materials efficiently to minimize waste.
